Israel
Okay, so here's my trip to Israel in April. In total, I took exactly 545 pictures, but I narrowed it down for you, so you wouldn't go crazy. All you have to do is click the link below to go to the pictures. The password to the page is Israel08. Click the image to enlarge it. Then, just hit the "next" button to proceed to the next picture. If you have any questions or comments about any pictures I took on the trip, just go to the bottom of this post and click the link that says "comments". Then, write your comment, describe what picture it is on, and chose your identity (if you want to put your name or remain anonymous). Happy viewing!

Highlights of Scandinavia

These are just a few of my photos from my trip to Scandinavia over last summer. I actually took 400 pictures, but I couldn't put them all up here. :)

My Camera
.jpg)
I used to have an old camera made by Fuji. It was probably one of the first ones ever made from the stone age! It worked fine for my needs, though. But eventually, after having to stare at all those great cameras in the shop windows, I bought myself a Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT. It's 8MP and works great! I just recently got it, so a lot of my pictures weren't taken with it. I bought it cheap from B&H at www.bhphotovideo.com. It sells on streets for around $800, so I got a great deal. The picutre above is my camera. If you want to get a camera, and you're not sure about which one, just ask a question by putting down a comment in the "Have Any Questions or Thoughts?" post.
Why Call It Depth of Photography?
For those of you who don't know, there's something on the camera called depth of field. The depth of field is what creates a big landscape picture, with everything in focus, and a close-up portrait that is blurred in the background. I figured that "Depth of Photography" was an appropriate name, because the purpose of this blog was to go into the depth of photography, and it was a play on words.
